Buffalo Chicken Dip

It isn't often that I have people to my house and ask them to bring food. But two years ago my decision to have a pot luck brought me a very unexpected, but welcome treat. My friend brought the Buffalo Chicken Dip via Franks Hot Sauce.

When we pulled the dip from the oven and sat it on the counter people started to wander by and take a bite. Slowly but surely the conversation stopped and people were huddled by the dip focusing on their next scoop.

Two years later the same happened this Sunday when I made this for friends who came over to watch some football. It's a crowd pleaser for sure. And better yet, it couldn't be easier.

Ingredients:
1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of Franks Hot Sauce (yup, use this much)
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
2 cups of cubed chicken (2 large cans will work for this)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a baking dish, combine all of the ingredients. Using a fork, mash all of the ingredients together until combined. You may have bits of cream cheese that won't blend completely, and that's okay.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes - the dip will be bubbling and hot all of the way through. Let the dip cool for about 5 minutes and then serve with corn chips, crackers, celery or other sides.

Enjoy!
