Crispy Cinnamon Garbanzo Beans

I'm still working on these, but they have great potential. Finding the right way to ensure that all of the beans wind up crispy is really important. For a test, I didn't want to make a large batch, but you should be able to double or triple pretty easy.

Stay tuned for updates, but here is what I've got so far:

1 can of chick peas/garbanzo beans (15 oz)
2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
2 heaping tsp of raw or granulated sugar
scant 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350 F

Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans. Pat dry (this will help them brown, so get them as dry as you can)
Toss in a bowl the garbanzo beans, oil and sugar
Place on a non greased baking pan and put into the oven. Roast for 45 min, turning every 10 to 15 minutes to ensure the beans cook evenly.
Remove from the oven and toss beans with the cinnamon and salt while still on the baking pan. Let the beans cool on the baking pan.
Once the beans are cool, enjoy!

Notes:
Feel free to add more or less sugar or salt depending on your taste.
